Technical Issues: If you experience any technical problems downloading your files or if files are corrupted, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order number. We'll be happy to assist you and resend your files.
Wrong Product: If you accidentally purchased the wrong item, contact us immediately at itgirldisplays@icloud.com with your order number. We'll review on a case-by-case basis.
